A private workspace where your team adopts modern AI without the trade-off. Hosted in Switzerland. Built so that on our Dedicated tier, no one outside your office — including our own staff — can see your data, even when the system is using it. For the family office that cannot afford to be the one that leaks.

Built first for our own use. Now offered to a small number of family offices where the fit is clear — not built for everyone, and that's deliberate.
Running a small family office means making technology decisions you cannot afford to get wrong. The sensible options are too risky — feeding client data to consumer AI is a non-starter. The “safe” options on offer are reassuring on paper but the same on the inside: a provider with administrators who can technically see your data, hosted in jurisdictions you do not control, with policies you have to take on trust.
So most directors do nothing. The team keeps drafting from scratch, briefing from scratch, searching for that document from scratch. The work piles up. The technology question gets postponed another year.
The trade-off the industry has offered until now — capability or confidentiality, pick one — is not a real trade-off. It exists because nobody has built the alternative.
We have.
Everything Steward produces lives in your Swiss tenant as open files. Documents stay in their original formats. Notes are markdown. Metadata is JSON and SQLite. The knowledge graph is a folder of wiki-style pages with backlinks. At any time, you can export your entire workspace — every document, every note, every extracted entity, every audit log entry — and walk away with something that works in Obsidian, VS Code, or any future tool that reads files.
Family office work today is episodic. A research note is written, sent, archived, forgotten. A meeting happens, minutes are filed, the rationale lives in someone's head. Each piece of work starts from zero. Steward changes this. Every document ingested, every decision captured, every conversation logged enriches the foundation that the next piece of work draws on. Knowledge compounds the way capital compounds — small additions over time, each one earning interest on every prior addition.
In two years, your team is reasoning over the entire firm's history.
In five years, you've built something that holds up.
That is why directors choose Steward as their office's first serious technology adoption. The data, captured once, in a form they own, becomes the ground on which everything else rests.
Today, every member of your team has their own Claude or ChatGPT account, asking versions of the same questions in isolation. Nobody sees what anyone else asked. Nobody benefits from what anyone else learned. Five subscriptions, five fragmented memories, none of them grounded in your office's actual work.
With Steward, every staff member, every principal, every authorised advisor talks to the same workspace, draws from the same knowledge, sees the same audit trail. Every question and every answer becomes part of what the office knows. One agent, one truth, available to everyone permitted to ask.
Portfolio reporting. Consolidated dashboards. Tax-lot tracking. Philanthropic management. Compliance tooling. Whatever the family office wants to add in three or five years — each new initiative reads from the same Steward foundation. No re-ingestion. No re-migration. No vendor lock-in at the foundation layer.
A technology strategy for a family office is not a single decision. It is a sequence of them. Steward is the one that makes every subsequent decision easier.
These are the questions nobody in your office can answer in sixty seconds today. The answer lives across fifteen years of correspondence, a dozen memos, three advisor files, and the memory of a staff member who retired last spring. Steward answers them with citations to the actual source documents — the work your team has been doing all along, finally usable.
This works because Steward reads each document as it arrives and quietly maps how the people, decisions, and dates in your office connect — so when you ask a question, it can follow the connections, not just search the words.
Each works on its own. Together, they make Steward the medium in which your office's work happens — and the foundation everything you build later sits on.
Ask anything that lives in your office's documents, decisions, and prior conversations. Steward reads across your permitted corpus and answers with citations to the actual source — memos, fund-manager letters, IC packs, advisor correspondence, statements, minutes. Your team's knowledge becomes searchable, not just storable, and every answer can be promoted into the office's standing memory.
The everyday questions your team would otherwise put to Claude or ChatGPT — research, drafting, summarising, structuring — answered inside your sovereign workspace. The same model quality the consumer products offer, with the data protections you require. No queries leave the firm by default. No conversation enters anyone's training set. Your team adopts AI without asking the security question every time.
Steward operates not only as an assistant but as an agent — it can take on recurring work and run it on a schedule. Pull the latest fund-manager letters and summarise them by Monday morning. Reconcile the quarterly custodian statement against the office ledger. Surface anything overdue from the IC pack ahead of every meeting. Set the task once. The work happens, with audit trail, until you change your mind.
Underneath every answer, a living map of your office: people, structures, matters, advisors, fund GPs, properties, decisions — all linked by how they touch each other. The graph is what lets Steward navigate your records like a long-serving staff member rather than searching them like a database. Visible in the workspace, exportable as your own folder of wiki pages — yours regardless of where the rest of your stack goes.
Steward is the foundation, not the ceiling. Portfolio reporting, consolidated dashboards, custom workflows for your particular family — anything you'll want to add over the next five years reads from the same sovereign substrate. Build it yourselves on the same files Steward has been gathering all along, or commission us to build it for you. Either way, no re-ingestion, no re-migration, no vendor lock-in at the foundation layer. The technology decision you make once that makes every subsequent decision easier.

For most family offices, Steward runs as a multi-tenant Swiss-sovereign Hosted service. Where the office's posture requires no-knowledge custody — customer-controlled HSM keys, confidential computing in production, no operator access path — the same product is available on the Dedicated tier.
We know where your knowledge actually lives — across files, drives, inboxes, advisor portals, WhatsApp threads, and in the heads of your team. Steward is built for that reality. Drag and drop, point at a folder, forward an email, paste a thread. The workspace ingests, organises, and indexes automatically. Most family offices are productive within the first afternoon.
For larger historical migrations — decades of correspondence, scanned legal archives, multi-source consolidations — we run a guided onboarding alongside your team. You are never doing this alone.
We built Steward for ANA Wealth's own family-office work, and we are extending it selectively — to a small number of offices where the fit is clear. The sweet spot is the 3-to-20-person family office anywhere in Europe, with the strongest fit at Swiss-anchored offices where one director makes the technology decisions and has to defend them for years.
If you recognise yourself in this, book a guided walkthrough around your office — what you do, where you sit, what you've tried.

Founder, Steward
Ariel holds a degree in computer science and has spent the last decade running family offices and wealth management firms in Switzerland. Steward is built by someone who has lived in both worlds — the engineering one and the family office one — and knows where they should meet.
He built Steward first because he needed it for his own work. He is now extending it to a small group of family offices who recognise the same problem and want a sovereign, Swiss-built solution to it.
